Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health challenges, developing tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing an array of therapeutic modalities to promote personal development, well-being, and holistic healing.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, continually assessing and documenting their progress through consistent follow-ups.

• Engage in case documentation and management using our secure electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training sessions, peer supervision, and case discussions, to enhance clinical skills and methodologies.

• Advocate for clients by collaborating with other healthcare providers as necessary, ensuring a coordinated approach to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents, who are managing a range of emotional and behavioral health challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds and circumstances, and we are committed to providing culturally competent care that addresses their individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Licensed and credentialed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in individual, family, and group therapy settings.
\n
• Demonstrated experience working effectively with adult and/or child populations, adapting interventions to meet diverse needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is advantageous, given our virtual service delivery model.

• Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is preferred.

• Previous use of electronic health record systems to document and track client interactions and therapies is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with the potential for a generous sign-on bonus.
