Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Elevated Mind Psychotherapy, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Assessing clients’ psychological and emotional needs in order to develop effective and personalized treatment plans.

• Employing a variety of therapeutic methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy to facilitate client growth and healing.

• Staying abreast of clients' progress and making necessary adjustments to their treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Documenting case notes, treatment progress, and updates in accordance with applicable regulations to maintain compliance with our high professional standards.

Your work will primarily involve engaging with diverse populations, including individuals facing relationship challenges, families seeking to improve communication, and couples navigating conflict. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
