This role is entirely remote, enabling you to provide therapy services from the comfort of your own workspace. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients by assessing the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate closely with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote positive mental health outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to foster empowerment and understanding.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance effectiveness.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, working alongside psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide integrated care.

• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to continually improve therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on helping individuals and families experiencing a range of mood and emotional disorders. You will be providing vital support for clients navigating complex situations, helping them develop coping strategies and pathways for recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• A nonjudgmental attitude, along with empathy and understanding towards clients' diverse experiences and challenges.
