Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT with Mind & Soul Therapy, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to diagnose and treat various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Developing personalized treatment plans based on each patient’s unique circumstances and needs, using evidence-based techniques and interventions.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, employing different therapeutic modalities to meet clients' needs.

• Regularly evaluating patient progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

• Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, including social workers and medical personnel, to provide holistic care.

• Providing referrals to specialists as needed, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily revolve around diverse clients from various backgrounds, seeking support in navigating complex mental health issues. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
