Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct a variety of therapy sessions, including individual, couples, and family therapy, to help clients address their unique challenges.

• Assess clients' needs through comprehensive evaluations, developing tailored treatment plans that align with their goals and circumstances.

• Employ a range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and solution-focused approaches, to support clients in achieving positive outcomes.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of client progress, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while facilitating optimal care coordination.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance care pathways, engaging in regular case consultations and contributing to team meetings for comprehensive support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
