Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Mind Elevate, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality psychotherapy and counseling services. Specific responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough client interviews to gather relevant social, personal, environmental, and health-related background information.
\n
• Delivering tailored therapy sessions for individuals, groups, couples, or families, based on assessed needs.
\n
• Developing and implementing treatment plans that address a variety of social and emotional issues, working directly with clients to resolve crises and refer them to community resources when necessary.

• Facilitating cognitive, affective, and behavioral interventions to enhance clients’ mental wellness and coping strategies.
\n
• Maintaining ongoing, trusted relationships with clients founded on mutual respect and understanding.
\n
• Documenting all client interactions and progress meticulously in compliance with established protocols and ensuring accurate records reflect services provided.

• Assessing the effectiveness of treatment plans and making adjustments as necessary to maximize client outcomes.

• Maintaining an appropriate caseload while ensuring all clients receive timely and respectful care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include individuals facing various behavioral health challenges, such as depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, marital issues, grief, and loss. By engaging in therapeutic relationships, you will help clients to navigate their circumstances and work towards measurable health improvements, supporting them in achieving personal wellness goals.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification within the state of Arizona.

Preferred Experience\n
