Work Environment\n

This role is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while still engaging with clients and team members through virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of clients, ensuring accurate diagnosis and individualized treatment planning.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that cater to the unique needs of each child and family.
\n
• Oversee and monitor progress of clients, documenting changes and adapting strategies as necessary, in alignment with the developmental milestones outlined in IFSPs.

• Utilize evidence-based practices rooted in Natural Learning Environment Practices to provide support in natural settings.
\n
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with children and their families, providing them with the knowledge and skills needed to foster child development.
\n
• Educate families and empower them with tools and techniques that enhance their child's learning potential.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, contributing to the overall safety and well-being of both clients and staff members.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with infants and toddlers who exhibit disabilities or developmental delays. Your expertise will guide them in achieving essential physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during their crucial early years of life. By providing focused early intervention support, you will play a vital role in helping children and families navigate challenges and celebrate milestones.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required.

• An active LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license is essential for any necessary in-person commitments.
