Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children's behavioral and emotional health, utilizing evidence-based practices to provide accurate diagnosis and treatment plans.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring a collaborative approach with family members and care providers.
\n
• Continuously monitor and evaluate treatment outcomes, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet the developmental goals of the children and the preferences of their families.

• Provide training and support to families, equipping them with the tools necessary to foster their child's development and advocate for their needs.
\n
• Utilize the coaching model and natural environment teaching techniques to reinforce learning and development in everyday settings.
\n
• Stay compliant with all Federal and State regulations to uphold the highest standards of care and support for both staff and children.
\n
• Engage with families and their children to build rapport and trust, promoting a safe and nurturing learning environment.
\n
• The role requires adaptability to different learning styles to effectively meet the individualized treatment goals of each child.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young children, particularly those with disabilities or developmental delays, as well as their families. You will aid in their early intervention services, helping to develop critical skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication areas. Your work will directly impact the improvement of child development during crucial formative years.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Must hold a valid LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
\n
• Minimum of one year of direct experience working with children in early intervention settings.
\n
• Possess a valid driver's license to facilitate community visits as necessary.
\n
• Demonstrated commitment to utilizing Natural Learning Environment Practices in your approach.

• Strong organizational skills, enabling effective management of your caseload and responsibilities.
\n
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate well with families and multidisciplinary team members.

• Bilingual proficiency is encouraged to better serve our diverse community.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in early childhood mental health or substance use recovery is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
