Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at supporting both patients and their families. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading supportive therapy groups for parents, creating a safe space for sharing experiences and developing coping strategies.

• Conducting training sessions for parents of children with mental health concerns, equipping them with tools and techniques to address complex parenting situations.

• Providing temperament counseling, which involves working closely with parents to assess and address emotional and behavioral challenges in their children.

• Carrying out developmental evaluations of children to determine their emotional, psychological, and developmental needs.

• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of services provided, maintaining high standards of record-keeping to comply with federal and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will primarily focus on individuals who are navigating the challenges associated with substance use and mental health disorders, particularly parents of children affected by these issues. The LCSW will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
