This full-time, remote position is crucial for providing therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families, primarily focusing on clients at our detox center in Stockton, California. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapy to clients through telehealth platforms, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, providing a clear understanding of each client’s unique circumstances and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA standards using our Electronic Health Records (EHR) platform, ensuring that client records are updated and accurate.

• Collaborate with a network of healthcare providers, referral sources, and external support systems to create a holistic and supportive environment for client care.

• Participate in optional team meetings and peer consultation sessions to foster a sense of community and shared learning among colleagues.

• Adhere to the ethical standards set forth by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS), ensuring that all practices align with legal guidelines and best care practices.

Your work will primarily support a diverse client population, including individuals and families dealing with substance use disorders, trauma, mental health issues, and significant life changes. Understanding and addressing the unique experiences and backgrounds of clients will be a fundamental aspect of treatment, allowing you to cultivate meaningful therapeutic relationships that drive lasting change.

Qualifications\n

• Current and active LCSW license in the state of California, in good standing.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience in providing psychotherapy.

• Strong background in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, and psychodynamic therapies.

• Ability to independently manage caseload while contributing to a cooperative and supportive team atmosphere.

• Proficiency in using EHR systems and telehealth software, or willingness to learn if unfamiliar.
