Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, groups, couples, or families facing various mental health challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive client interviews to assess social, personal, environmental, and health-related information crucial for effective treatment planning.

• Develop and coordinate customized programs and activities that address clients' unique social and emotional needs.
\n
• Utilize cognitive, affective, and behavioral health interventions to facilitate crisis resolution, connecting clients to appropriate community resources.

• Create and maintain a therapeutic alliance founded on mutual respect, trust, and acceptance with your clients.

• Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of treatment provided and adjust approaches as required to meet changing client needs.

• Document clinical findings and treatment progress in accordance with established protocols and maintain accurate caseload records.

• Conduct individual clinical counseling sessions targeting specific mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges.

This role involves working with a broad spectrum of clients seeking support for behavioral mental health issues, including, but not limited to, mood disorders, substance abuse, family dynamics, and grief. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required to undertake this role.

• Applicants must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Texas.

• Four years of post-graduate experience in clinical social work, counseling, or a closely related field is highly preferred.
