This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing therapists to work from the comfort of their home or any location that suits them. The standard operational hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and we offer both full-time and part-time options.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for diverse client populations and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide telehealth services to individual clients and groups, utilizing various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Document all client interactions and progress in our electronic health record (EHR) and practice management system, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and discuss client progress, utilizing team meetings as a space for professional development and case management.

• Engage in continuing education opportunities to enhance professional skills and maintain licensure.
\n
• Stay organized and ensure calendar availability is updated regularly to foster efficient scheduling for client sessions.

• Maintain open communication with clients to ensure they feel heard, supported, and understood throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution is required.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or an equivalent relevant credential.

• Familiarity with the DSM V diagnostic criteria and best practices for mental health diagnosis and treatment.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and platforms, particularly G-suite and TheraNest, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
