Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop collaborative and individualized treatment plans that align with clients' unique goals, preferences, and needs.

• Employ evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client progress.

• Educate and support clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Effectively monitor and keep track of client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on observable outcomes and feedback.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and medical professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Stay current on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder therapies to enhance treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients suffering from various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will provide both individual and group therapy, helping clients navigate their challenges and achieve their mental health goals. The emphasis will be on creating a safe space for open dialogue, allowing clients to express themselves freely while fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
