This full-time remote position will enable you to provide crucial mental health services to a diverse clientele from the comfort of your home. Work Environment\n

This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the option to work from anywhere. Our telehealth model utilizes secure virtual platforms to ensure confidential and effective communication with clients. You will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional requirements for flexibility to accommodate clients’ needs. We maintain a supportive and collaborative online environment, providing our therapists with access to resources and peer support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services to clients through secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and comfortable virtual environment for client interaction.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ unique needs and goals.

• Engage in ongoing client communication to monitor progress, adapt treatment plans, and enhance therapeutic efficacy.

• Document and maintain detailed, confidential session notes in accordance with HIPAA standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to provide integrated, holistic care for clients.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health trends and therapeutic methodologies to continually enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will impact a diverse range of clients, including those battling anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment issues. By utilizing evidence-based practices, you will empower clients to develop coping strategies and improve their mental health. Your role will also include potential outreach to underrepresented communities, ensuring they have access to effective mental health resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of a current and active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license to practice in California.
\n
• At least two years of experience providing therapy or counseling to individuals and families.
\n
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and technology, enhancing your ability to connect with clients remotely.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to establish rapport and trust with clients in a virtual setting.

• Prior success in using digital communication tools for therapy and consultation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
