Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Drop of Life Counseling Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Facilitating therapy sessions involving couples, families, and individuals to address mental health issues, improve communication, and resolve conflicts.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to guide clients through challenges such as grief and loss, relationship conflicts, and adjustment to major life changes.

• Documenting session notes, progress reports, and treatment outcomes while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with ethical guidelines.
\n
• Collaborating with other professionals and referral sources when appropriate to provide comprehensive care.

• Participating in regular team meetings and clinical supervision to ensure best practices and continuous professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
