Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture positive, trusting relationships with clients, fostering an environment conducive to open communication and empathy.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments, including intake evaluations, to diagnose mental health disorders, ensuring an accurate understanding of each client’s unique circumstances.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or other relevant approaches.

• Regularly monitor and assess client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes and client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and specialists as needed to deliver comprehensive care tailored to complex cases.

• Document clinical notes and maintain accurate records in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
