Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will have the following key responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Develop individualized treatment strategies through thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations to track progress and outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions in compliance with state regulations and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population experiencing a range of mental health issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A valid LMFT license in the state of Maryland.
\n
• Proficient in therapeutic practices and documentation requirements, demonstrating a solid foundation in client care.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster therapeutic relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience as an LMFT is required, candidates with additional experience in specialized fields such as trauma-informed care, play therapy, or couples therapy will be highly regarded. Compensation and Benefits\n
