Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as structural family therapy, strategic therapy, and narrative therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• A valid MFT license is mandatory to practice in Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
