Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional states to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions that address a diverse range of issues affecting mental health, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics.

• Lead couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, conflict resolution, and overall relationship satisfaction.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices, including Engagement, Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation, to drive client progress.
\n
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records, including case histories and treatment outcomes.
\n
• Review and adjust treatment plans regularly in collaboration with clients to align with their evolving needs and to promote their growth.
\n
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in marriage and family therapy to continuously enhance your therapeutic skills.

• Provide crisis intervention to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring they receive immediate and effective support.
\n
• Promote self-care practices among clients, equipping them with tools and techniques to manage stress and enhance their overall wellness.

• Advocate for clients' health rights and connect them with other services as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with a broad array of clients, including adolescents, adults, and couples. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board of Maryland is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and/or couples therapy.

• Strong capability in completing timely client assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.

• Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills, with familiarity in electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive salary range of USD 90,000 to USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
