The role follows a standard Monday to Friday work schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a work-life balance while meeting the therapeutic needs of our clientele. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations to inform individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage & Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active LMFT license in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
