Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain positive therapeutic rapport with clients to encourage openness and trust.

• Lead individual and couples therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Valid LMFT license in the state of Maryland.

Compensation and Benefits\n
