Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth intake assessments to gather relevant client information and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Provide effective individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, using various therapeutic modalities and interventions to address clients' needs and challenges.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms effectively, ensuring seamless interactions and maintaining high therapeutic standards during virtual sessions.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community services, ensuring a comprehensive and coordinated approach to client care that enhances overall client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress notes in accordance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality at all times.

• Engage in continuous education by staying current with contemporary research, evidence-based practices, and evolving trends in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele comprising individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. The issues addressed include but are not limited to relationship challenges, parenting issues, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Our goal is to create a safe, validating space for clients to express themselves while fostering improved relational and emotional dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Must possess current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.
\n
• Demonstrated experience providing therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families, showcasing a solid understanding of systemic theory.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate building strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment, contributing positively to client care and team dynamics.

• Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and preserving client confidentiality throughout all aspects of practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience using both in-person and teletherapy methods in a clinical setting.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Interest or specialization in particular areas such as trauma-informed care, substance use, or LGBTQ+ issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
