Key Responsibilities\n

• Build and maintain positive, trusting relationships with clients to foster a safe therapeutic environment.

• Diagnose mental health disorders using clinical assessments and tools, formulating individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances and challenges.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to address issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, and more.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress through ongoing assessments and treatment plan revisions, responding flexibly to changes in their mental health status.

• Engage in collaborative case management, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals and specialists, as needed, to provide holistic support to clients.

• Document clinical notes and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring accuracy and consistency in records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Our clients often present with a range of psychological concerns, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
