Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental and emotional well-being of clients, ensuring that all concerns are understood.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Gateway Behavioral Health, you will work with a varied patient population, including individuals, couples, and families facing diverse emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Active licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of California.

• Experience working with children and/or adults in a therapeutic setting.

• Strong skills in client assessment, progress documentation, and treatment planning.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with proficiency in using electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
