Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and comfort while engaging with clients. You'll primarily work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, facilitating sessions via telehealth platforms. Our technology-driven approach ensures that you can focus on providing care without the need for administrative office duties, allowing you to dedicate your time and expertise to client interaction.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Utilize effective therapeutic techniques to provide individual, couples, and family counseling aimed at improving emotional health and relationship dynamics.

• Regularly evaluate clients’ treatment progress to ensure that they are receiving appropriate care and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Engage in documentation per the regulatory standards, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines.

• Participate in case consultations with colleagues to discuss complex cases and improve treatment approaches collaboratively.

As an LMFT at Psyche Counseling LLC, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family conflicts. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A valid and current license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Maryland.

• Excellent communication skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits\n
