Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct therapy sessions with couples and individuals to address their unique challenges.

• Facilitate family therapy to improve communication and resolve conflicts among family members.
\n
• Provide specialized support for issues including but not limited to alcohol abuse, psychological abuse, grief, and loss.

• Assist families dealing with separation and divorce, including adjustment counseling.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to develop treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
\n
• Implement strategies for blended families and those experiencing conflicts, fostering an environment of understanding and healing.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in a digital format that aligns with organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve a diverse population, from couples navigating relationship challenges to families dealing with major life transitions. You will also support both adults and adolescents, striving to improve their emotional resilience by addressing issues such as job stress, medical problems, and communication difficulties.

Qualifications\n

To be a successful candidate, you must have:

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation structure reflects our commitment to our therapists. The expected salary range is between USD 75,000 and 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer:
