Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments during initial client sessions to diagnose mental health disorders and create tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, parenting challenges, and life transitions. The services you provide play a critical role in supporting clients through complex familial dynamics and personal struggles, contributing significantly to their mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Illinois.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• At least four years of experience providing outpatient mental health services, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
