Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ emotional and psychological needs, as well as their relational dynamics.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Addressing a myriad of issues, including alcohol abuse, conflict among family members, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.

• Supporting clients in navigating transitions such as separation, divorce, or the challenges of blended families.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate client strengths and goals while adhering to best practices in therapy.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through training, supervision, and collaboration with colleagues to refine therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will encompass a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various psychological and emotional challenges. You will focus on fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and relational patterns. Qualifications\n
