Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position, allowing you the flexibility to provide care while working from your home or a chosen location. Even though you will primarily work remotely, you will be supported by our outpatient office, which provides a collaborative atmosphere filled with resources designed to facilitate the best care possible. Communication with colleagues and sharing insights will be vital, as the nature of our work often requires coordination in providing comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your responsibilities include:

• Participating actively in quality assurance and performance improvement activities to ensure the program meets high standards of care.

• Completing clinical documentation on the same day of service delivery, facilitating collaboration with patient access representatives and insurance providers for service authorization.
\n
• Assessing the evolving needs of your patients according to guidelines established for outpatient and partial hospitalization programs, adapting treatment plans as necessary.
\n
• Delivering individual and group therapy sessions, while also involving families in the assessment and treatment processes; educating patients about recovery and sustainable wellness practices.
\n
• Maintaining accurate daily records of clinical productivity and outcomes, ensuring that documentation supports both clinical and administrative functions within the program.
\n
• Designing comprehensive treatment plans that consider a variety of therapeutic and supportive services, catering to the complex needs of the patient population.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The individuals you will be working with primarily consist of young people and their families, who may be facing various mental health challenges. Your expertise as a Marriage and Family Therapist will allow you to provide tailored therapeutic support, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship conflicts and behavioral disorders. Your contributions will directly influence the quality of life and mental health outcomes for these young individuals, fostering positive changes in their families and communities.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

• A valid license to practice as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or clinical social worker in Pennsylvania.

• A graduate degree that included a clinical or mental health direct care practicum, combined with a license as a Behavior Specialist.
\n
• A minimum of three years of direct care experience providing mental health services to children, youth, or young adults, including a minimum of one year in a full-time capacity.

• At least nine credits focused on clinical practice within a human services field as part of your graduate education.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and knowledge of telehealth and electronic health record (EHR) systems will be advantageous. Familiarity with community resources and the ability to engage effectively with families are also highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
