Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive therapy services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions that address a range of mental health concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families facing various challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state of Massachusetts.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating a strong competency in delivering therapeutic services to diverse populations.

• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions applicable to marriage and family therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and establish rapport with clients, families, and colleagues, displaying exceptional interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with clients experiencing significant trauma or crisis situations is advantageous.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to facilitate remote therapy sessions and documentation.

• Expertise in particular evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), is welcomed.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary that ranges from USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
