Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while serving clients from the comfort of your home. You will be part of an outpatient team that interacts closely, collaborating on patient care and treatment strategies. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing you with weekends to recharge.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms related to mood disorders.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, goals, and preferences.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to engage clients effectively.
\n
• Provide education and support to clients and families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to foster better recovery.
\n
• Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Engage in collaborative care with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continuously improve strategies utilized in practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele dealing with mood disorders, family dynamics, relationship issues, and other related mental health challenges. Our patient population includes individuals and families from various backgrounds, seeking support in navigating their unique situations and strengthening their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.

• An empathetic and nonjudgmental approach towards clients' experiences and struggles.
\n
• Strong organizational and time management skills, allowing for effective caseload management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with evidence-based therapies such as CBT and DBT.

• Prior experience working in outpatient settings and with diverse populations is beneficial.

• A background in treating mood disorders and related mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition, we offer:
