Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and treatment goals, ensuring a personalized approach to therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and active LMFT license or equivalent state licensure to practice in Washington.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic medical records systems, telehealth technology, and MS Office applications.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently, manage a diverse caseload, and adhere to deadlines.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have experience with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Family Systems Therapy. Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and advanced crisis intervention techniques is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
