Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.
\n
• Thoroughly assess and address the diverse needs of families, focusing on areas such as communication difficulties, grief and loss issues, conflicts among family members, and alcohol abuse.

• Provide therapy sessions while utilizing various therapeutic modalities and techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.
\n
• Engage with clients both in group dynamics and one-on-one settings, allowing for a holistic approach to therapy.
\n
• Continuously monitor client progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary while documenting all interactions and treatment outcomes comprehensively.

• Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings, providing insights and receiving guidance to enhance therapeutic practices.

• Advocate for client needs and facilitate referrals to additional resources or community services as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve adults, children, and adolescents facing a range of challenges, including but not limited to: adjusting to separation and divorce, navigating blended family dynamics, dealing with job stress, and addressing psychological and physical abuse issues. Understanding the unique backgrounds and circumstances of each client will be key to providing effective therapy and fostering a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, clinical psychology, or a related field.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and virtual communication tools to deliver care effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with a minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience are preferred, specifically those who demonstrate proficiency in family therapy practices. Familiarity with technology used in teletherapy and electronic health records (EHR) will also be beneficial.
