Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Neuro Behavioral Center, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing tailored therapy plans for couples and families.

• Facilitating both joint sessions and individual therapy, addressing a variety of relational and personal issues.
\n
• Providing guidance and support for challenges such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, separation and divorce, and communication difficulties.

• Utilizing evidence-based approaches and keeping abreast of the latest therapeutic practices to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
\n
• Documenting progress and treatment plans effectively in our electronic health record (EHR) system to comply with best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams when needed to create an integrative path for patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele including couples struggling with relationship issues, families facing conflicts, and individuals dealing with personal stressors, such as job-related challenges and medical issues. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting various demographics including children, adolescents, and adults. For instance, you'll address specific family dynamics within blended families, assisting them in navigating unique challenges related to remarriage and parental roles.
