Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and families to establish individualized therapeutic goals.

• Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy services tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

• Ensure timely completion of all required documentation, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms according to established guidelines.
\n
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to help clients maintain stable functioning.
\n
• Create effective discharge plans that address the transition needs of clients, ensuring continuity of care.
\n
• Stay in compliance with current federal and state regulations, as well as NEHS policies and procedures.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions and continuing education courses to enhance clinical skills.
\n
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings to discuss client progress and best practices.
\n
• Complete mandatory training and maintain all licensure requirements to ensure the highest standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with diverse populations, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that meets licensing requirements.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Washington.
