Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to clients' specific needs.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, focusing on establishing therapeutic relationships, building rapport, and facilitating growth and healing.

• Utilize various therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to treat mood disorders and support clients effectively.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes to ensure compliance with best practices in mental health care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, to provide comprehensive care that addresses both emotional and medical aspects of mental health.

• Engage actively in regular staff meetings, clinical supervision, and professional development workshops to ensure ongoing personal and professional growth.

You will be working with clients from varied backgrounds and cultural contexts, presenting a wide range of mental health concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Proven expertise in using evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly for mood disorders.
