Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans, implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions focusing on mood disorders, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, including adolescents and adults dealing with mood disorders, anxiety, and various life stressors. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.
