Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to formulate tailored treatment plans that meet individual client needs.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions, and, when applicable, offer family, marriage, or group counseling sessions based on your expertise and client demographics.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and current methodologies to perform mental health screenings, identify treatment needs, and monitor client progress.

• Document all sessions and treatment plans meticulously to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance therapeutic outcomes, refer clients as necessary, and attend staff meetings for ongoing education and integration of best practices.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness and improve mental health literacy within the University Place area.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, combined with an active and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
