This position is fully remote, allowing our therapists the flexibility to provide care from a setting that best fits their needs while reaching clients in various geographical locations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ mental health and emotional well-being, establishing their unique needs and treatment goals.

• Craft and execute tailored treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices and client feedback, adjusting as necessary based on ongoing evaluations.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities suited to each client’s circumstances.

• Track clients’ progress meticulously, ensuring adherence to planned interventions and making timely adjustments to foster optimal outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in distress, delivering support and stability during challenging times.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Continuously update your knowledge on advances in mental health treatment and research to incorporate new findings into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our diverse client population comprises adults, adolescents, and families, many of whom may be navigating significant life transitions or prolonged emotional struggles, thus requiring a compassionate and personalized approach to treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current active state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist—LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
