Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet patient needs.

• Perform comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments to identify client challenges, strengths, and treatment needs.

• Develop, facilitate, and regularly review individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients, focusing on attainable goals and milestones.

• Create and implement aftercare plans and discharge strategies to promote sustained recovery after treatment completion.

• Ensure timely and seamless delivery of counseling services, coordinating care with other healthcare providers as necessary to maintain continuity and effectiveness.

• Document all interactions and treatment progress accurately in patient records, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case consultations and team meetings as scheduled.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC), licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), or licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is essential.

• Proven ability to conduct family and marriage counseling services, with experience working with diverse populations.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to build rapport with clients quickly.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a virtual team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year , determined based on factors such as experience, education, and specific qualifications.
