We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our team at Renton Counseling Center (RCC). This full-time position, based in Spokane, Washington, allows for a remote work setting while making a real impact in the lives of our clients. The ideal candidate will hold a current license as either an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW and bring at least two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based methods tailored to their individual needs.

• Maintain a caseload of clients that are carefully screened and motivated towards self-improvement.
\n
• Attend and participate in weekly consultations with clinical and legal professionals to discuss challenging cases and enhance clinical skills.
\n
• Effectively utilize the Digital Alliance Scale (session rating scale) in each session to gauge client progress and satisfaction.
\n
• Ensure compliance with company protocols regarding scheduling appointments, documenting client interactions, fee collection, and onboarding new clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds and demographics. You will be working with patients looking for support through difficulties such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues, among others. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a relevant mental health field is mandatory.

• Current State of Washington Licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is required.

• Availability to schedule 33 patient hours per week to account for potential cancellations and time off.

• Familiarity with statistical outcome tracking to assess the effectiveness of therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
