Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support low-acuity adults, which may include individuals experiencing mild to moderate depression, anxiety disorders, stress management issues, and adjustment difficulties. Counselors are tasked with creating a safe and trusting environment where clients can openly discuss their struggles without judgment.

Qualifications\n

• Required education: Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Possession of an active and current state license, such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or PsyD, is mandatory.

• Ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating strong clinical judgment.

• No history of disciplinary actions against licensure.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate demeanor.

• Proficient with digital communication tools and dedicated to continuous learning in psychotherapy advancements.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a remote counseling setting is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, depending on hours worked and qualifications. Full-time counselors are also eligible for comprehensive healthcare insurance coverage, ensuring access to necessary medical services. Additional benefits include:
