Key Responsibilities\n

• Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' psychological well-being, identifying mental health disorders and establishing treatment goals.

• Individual and Group Therapy: Facilitate various therapeutic sessions, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based interventions to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationships.

• Treatment Planning and Implementation: Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, adapting interventions based on progress and feedback to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaboration and Coordination of Care: Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a unified approach to client care, coordinating referrals to additional services when necessary.

• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes while ensuring compliance with confidentiality and legal standards.

• Advocacy and Community Engagement: Champion clients’ rights to mental health care, engaging in community outreach efforts designed to raise awareness about mental health issues and reduce the stigma associated with seeking help.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Possession of a valid, unrestricted state license to practice independently as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW. Note: We require candidates with no disciplinary actions and exclusive of those with limited or provisional licenses.
