Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to gather vital information regarding clients' mental health and histories of substance use.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic methods to support clients in overcoming challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and clinical staff, to ensure a holistic approach to client treatment.

• Involve clients’ families in therapy sessions and educate them on the recovery process to foster a supportive home environment.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clients you will work with are adolescents and young adults, many of whom are experiencing intense emotional, behavioral, and social challenges. You will address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse, utilizing your expertise to guide them through their healing journeys. As a vital part of their care team, you will help cultivate resilience and coping strategies tailored to their unique life experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Proven experience providing telehealth therapy to youth populations, demonstrating adaptability to virtual treatment environments.

• Proficiency in digital tools including the Google Suite and electronic health record systems (EHR); ability to navigate technology effectively is essential.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

• Ability to present oneself in a neat and professional manner during virtual sessions.

• Commitment to confidentiality and maintaining a safe space for clients to share personal experiences.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2-3 years of experience applying evidence-based interventions within a therapeutic context.

• Previous experience working in a telehealth capacity and familiarity with digital therapy modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
