Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and group therapy sessions with adolescents and young adults through secure telehealth platforms.

• Creating comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs based on thorough assessments.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide clients through their mental health and substance use challenges.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation of client progress and adherence to HIPAA regulations.

• Joining the Admissions and Assessment teams to assist with initial consults as necessary, streamlining client onboarding.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role emphasizes serving a diverse clientele comprising primarily adolescents and young adults struggling with mental health difficulties. Our clients often deal with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Counselors will be tasked with establishing rapport and providing clients with a safe space to address their concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of an active and valid license (LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, LMFT) for independent practice.

• Availability to commit to a minimum of 12 hours per week for contract or 40 hours per week for W2 positions.
\n
• Proficient in using virtual communication technologies to engage and support clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The licensed position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
