Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to guide patients in their recovery journey.

• Conduct comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments to accurately understand each patient's unique needs and circumstances.

• Collaborate with patients to develop initial treatment plans, ensuring they are tailored to real-world situations and challenges.

• Facilitate aftercare planning and discharge processes, ensuring continuity of care and effective transition back to community settings.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance therapeutic techniques.

• Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors to align with organizational objectives and values.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A valid license as an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in New York State.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience delivering clinical services in a mental healthcare setting.

• Strong foundational knowledge in therapeutic practices, especially with families and diverse populations.
