In this full-time remote position, you will provide professional mental health support primarily through telehealth services. Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of 100% remote work, allowing you to create an environment that suits your professional and personal needs. You will work from home, connecting with clients via secure telehealth platforms. Our operations team manages the administrative aspects, enabling you to focus entirely on your role as a mental health provider. The average schedule will be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, without any on-call requirements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance abuse history, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions by employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to young clients’ unique mental health situations.

• Collaborate with other treatment team members to develop comprehensive care plans that address multiple aspects of the clients’ well-being, including coordinating with psychiatrists and other health professionals.

• Educate and involve clients’ families in the recovery process, providing them with resources and support to foster a healthy environment for healing.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in compliance with state regulations and best practices to ensure confidentiality and support for ongoing treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with adolescents and young adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. By providing compassionate and evidence-based care, you will be instrumental in helping these individuals achieve long-term recovery and improved overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

• Demonstrable experience in providing telehealth therapy, particularly to adolescents and young adults.
\n
• Willingness to engage in training and learning our unique evidence-based treatment frameworks known as our care pathways.

• Strong technological proficiency, including the ability to navigate telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHRs), and Google Suite applications.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and professionalism in all interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Capacity to work from home effectively, with a secure internet connection and a private space conducive to client confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n
