Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct detailed biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate a client’s needs and appropriateness for various counseling approaches and referrals.

• Deliver culturally sensitive mental health and substance abuse counseling to individuals and groups, combined with thorough case management.
\n
• Consult with clients, case managers, and both internal and external service providers to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Utilize evidence-based techniques to inspire and guide clients towards achieving personal goals, navigating challenges with resilience.

• Collaborate closely with members of the clinical team, such as psychiatrists and behavioral case managers, to ensure cohesive treatment plans.

• Engage in pilot programs for new therapy protocols, contributing to the evolution of our therapeutic approaches.

• Participate actively in training sessions focused on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model to ensure delivery of high-quality services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children and adolescents, a demographic often facing unique challenges in mental health. You will work diligently to provide support to these young individuals and their families, addressing various issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, and substance use. Your work will not only focus on individual therapy but will also involve engaging with families to foster a supportive environment for long-term recovery and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Valid social work license as per state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).

• A clean professional record with no history of medical malpractice claims, to be verified by a third party.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in telehealth services, familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, and a proven track record of effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams. Experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health setting is also highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
