Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, empathetic assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific challenges and goals.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that interventions align with clients' diverse backgrounds.

• Collaborate with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy sessions to clients preferring virtual engagement or facing logistical challenges in attending in-person appointments, making mental health support accessible to all.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and any significant clinical observations, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards in mental health practice.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients, fostering a safe therapeutic environment.
