Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments, comprehensively evaluating the emotional challenges and support needs of clients.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions, addressing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• An active state license or certification (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) is mandatory.

• A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience working with individuals struggling with emotional and psychological issues.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is highly desirable, although not required.
